They got em in fact

First thing first the lol aoe punt which did allow you to cast mid air...etc

But the process is halted right now .....i cannot think of any class exept mara that have all mastery viable usualy all class have that 1 useless mastery or borderline useless or most borderline useless exept some key elements...fragmented that keep the class up and running. Or even if skills are fine as type they have excessive values ( GoM/rampage.)

Regarding ib and make it worth for wb proposal are there in balance section if someone wanted to look at em...

Regarding s+b bg in wb it perform much like the ib buffing 1 ppl and mucb like the ib lack 1 aoe stuff to make it worth or the meta to values more what it can offer

Infinite hold the line, ap recharge for group, aoe avoidance debuff. Per se bg can be more durable than ch/bo if in party with em. Especially ap management outside of tank need it for htl has been much less important here than in live for what i can say, idk if for better or worst
