could not connect to LOgin server

after /rel my client crashed. now i cant get in to the game. each time i launch RoRLauncher.exe i get the message:
"could not connect to LOgin server"
is it my personal problem?
Papanya - WL 75+ (off)
Fraktal - AM 82+
Dedotmoroz - SL 80+
Moralist - BW 85+
Skreamer - WH 80+
Ithappens - SORC 85+
Amoralis - ZEAL =(

Is there like a code you can give on forums for forum reporting that Login server is down. Making you unable too login to game?
