Nerfed buttons Bloodlust code

Anyone know the ID code for the Witch Elf's bloodlust ability? I found an ID code list and there's 5 abilities called bloodlust on there.... And not a single one works.

In text it's CM by percentage ifrc. So 1 is 20, 2 is 40, 3 is 60 etz,
Example /nb add 1 [finnisher] CM:60 [Agonizing Wounds]

I'm a newb to the game and NB. (been using the GUI for NB) So if I wanted to use Heart Render Toxin only at 5 stacks of bloodlust....

What does finisher represent? I tried what I thought you said and it just threw an error so clearly I'm not understanding something :D
