Need GM help PLEASE- Account Issue

My launcher is not working. It is telling me password is incorrect, but I had it saved from previous and it worked fine yesterday. I reinstalled the launcher.....now i cannot remember the password i used.

I did reset my password recently, at least for the forums. I am using what I got in my email, but that is not working either.

Will you PLEASE help?

I am really hoping to get some help with my password/log in issues. I'd love to play tonight but I am stuck.
