Meme? For orvr bomb gameplay it is purely insane.
A heal that relies on you getting the killing blow, if your that reliant on a 1K heal RNG heal to keep you up in your bomb grp then you should have some words with your groups healers, if worst comes to worst you can reliably pop a heal pot for a 1.8K heal before relying on this

dont get me wrong ive gotten a few double and even a lucky triple kill with Great Fang M2 but this 7 bonus isnt something id pick over like ~120+ str from set mixing

that is just ludicrous for wl, main trademark as always been to considerate it balance the fact that , it didnt have ap to keep dish out his dmg, now you give him an ap incredible boost after a killing blow, so after he had pounce + nuke he can pounce+ nuke after it again and again...

wow

please just make both 1k heal proc if mara has to keep his current one.

anyway regarding tank set bonuses, any chance to see change the 6th bonus (heal / ap proc ) from block into on being hit?

a-it favor order tanks ( bg for rvr is 2h not s+b and the only tank benefith more from this is BO),

b- it also dosent work when hit on the back.... usually avoidance proc require block or other type of avoidance because you can benefith from it if you are alredy be able to block/parry something, heal is something you need whenever in danger and have it a requirement to be frontal attack can mean loose a lot of his use....ap gona eb only usefull for spam hold the line so well that will work anyway...

c- this suppose to be a very good proc in reality being based on block when full debuff or with avoidance ignored make it a lot less usefull for both realms ( and is a 6th set bonuses...)

d-why we must have a proc on block when dps have proc onr general random stuff like, crit or hit...(thats all they can do right? well the way proc active is just too much in theiri favour that way, no positional and class difference in requirement).

it dosent matter if you bring it back to 5% chance but "on being hit" is just more flexible (not reliable if% is lower enough)) for any sich it may happen and on different classes and builds than " on block"....

About 7th bonus proc, can we have proc % or it must remain hidden for greater good???

regarding stats, well is better than before, block is at least in line with conqueror, just there is still those:

-set str bonus
-2% reduces armor pen
-2% parry bypass
-1 ap gain ....

now str and parry bypass can be actually good if you have to hit something for debuff or cc purpose fine, ok, but that 2% reduces armor pen could be just changed into a 2% crit reduction, you loose 5% over conqueror, way too much for just get in return 20 ini more or less from all set....aka you loose a whole 4% crit chance reduction the second most imp things after block....

then that 1 ap on chest is a mistery for me, you gave 18 wep skill and 1 ap...... which have no sense whatsoever, either give it another 2% of crit reduction or put the crit reduction here and leave unchanged the 2% armor pen reduction (at least swap it for 1% crit reduction), this way the set wold be just slight better than conqueror, cuz at this current time is still borderline on par at max

p.s. double avoidance bonus on belt feel wrong (2% x 2) , remove one between dodge and disrupt, dont really know which one would be better remove here.... probably the more strong between the two right now or cut both half.
