Btw, how did you manage to make Afterburner's overlay work? It works in every other game for me, but not in WAR.

Re: Improving framerate in Warhammer Online
The game seems to cap at 99 FPS. Is there as way to change that?

Re: Improving framerate in Warhammer Online
Ive read some old fallout new vegas threads recently andone thing they did to fix frame stutter was capping the framerate at 64fps. Might give it a shot since its the same engine. Can someone tell me if it actually makes a difference?

Is the multithreaded .exe from the first post still usable?

Re: Improving framerate in Warhammer Online
No, it's been built into the launcher. Click the gear, select 64-bit, and you have it.HappyHubris wrote: ↑Sat Mar 02, 2019 6:11 pm Is the multithreaded .exe from the first post still usable?
Re: Improving framerate in Warhammer Online
I find strange some client behaviours, i explain ; we all know about the lag the client build after very prolonged mess/mass fights , much like the dmg and heals pop on screen tend to lag and keep go on after a fights is alredy over and its ok but fact is after a while the lag the client have vanish if you let it rest for a bit even with out restart client which it then make me wonder if client memory chace (or something like that ) get clear at regular interval / good enough? (Aka memory leak/dump problem not just free ram space with cleaner) Is there any way much like the old 4gb patch to enchant the client memory behave? This ia also linked to the fact that lower the chat limit (and so clear memory faster ) = lower lag, so any idea?
P.s. found a program to track memory leak and somewhat deal with it probably at least a bit, will test it from tomorrow and see if it actually work in some regard.
Not high hopes tought, if any can think of a know very good program for that thx

Re: Improving framerate in Warhammer Online
I'm already running the 64-bit client, but is there also a multithreaded client? I'm 7 threads short of a party!wargrimnir wrote: ↑Sat Mar 02, 2019 6:18 pmNo, it's been built into the launcher. Re: Improving framerate in Warhammer Online
Did any know if last patch on the date of this message it has seen any improvement to the client over his performance? because testing as said above that memory cleaner i'm getting probably good results but idk if they are merit of client optimization done via pqtch or the memory cleaner program.
I also need further test into bigger zerg...and in CW destr keep...
