WL tactic Lionheart bugged?

Hello, recently tried using this tactic on mine new leveled WL, and it either is typo problem or not reflecting dmg up on skill when i equip it. Without this tactic equipped it shows Lions fury dmg 509 spirit dmg and 35 action points cost to use.
when i equip Lionheart tactics it show 509 spirit dmg again and 20 action points cost to use.
But tactics says it should have 676 spirit dmg, and not same 509 like without, can you pls check it? and maybe fix dmg or typo?

I think it's just a tooltip bug, try it out on a dummy and compare the dmg with and without the tactic. If I remember correctly it works, can't try it out now though.
