You didn't need LOTD to powerlevel any char. Lvl 40 QP were already enough.

You get more xp in your own race pairing. I don't think that was on live, and it's a nice improvement.

I think that was removed a while ago.
They done stole my character's names. Can't have **** in RoR.

I was talking about powerleveling. T4 dwarf QP was extremly fast (16 hours 1-40) with only 1 sorc (shaman ungrouped) or even caledor QP (a bit slower xp but easier to manage).

The reason lotd was by far better for leveling at 31+ is rvr bolster. Getting pushed to r40 made it possible to kill mobs much higher than your actual rank solo. In groups in pve zones, there was only apprentice mode.
Dying is no option.
