I didn't write that. Anyway, the problem doesn't occur anymore, as replied on bugtracker.

This is what's screwed with contribution - you can be in a zone fighting with very high AAO for hours, then at a moments notice all of a sudden the enemy gets AAO and the zone locks. You're roll for a bag is then nerfed to the ground.
Zone contribution is calculated permanently over the whole time, so a case in which enemies leave right before lock en mass won't mess it up.

Apart from that I realized after Vanquisher release it was significantly harder to contribute, since before you were almost able to predict what will be your next bag, but after Vanq released it wasn't.

I guess that simply many more people than before just played more serious and didn't just jump in for a keep fight, but rather contributing over a longer time.

Nevertheless there seems to have been some issue with the .bag command, since the boni didn't add up in my case, but were given new every lock. Dunno if it's only visual though, but getting bags seemed harder.
I got full vanq the hard way. I saw enough "your roll has been adjusted to reflect your realms size" messages to know that I contributed a ton to the zone and got a crap roll like 0002. It happened to much due to realm size differences.
