Crashing in the first town (Norsca)

So i recently installed the game and created a chosen chaos warrior. Things were going fine for a bit until i got to the first town in Norsca (The one where you encounter empire spearmen and the like) and my game crashes after a few seconds. I tried standing still, jumping, and moving around in those brief seconds between loading in and crashing, and all resulted in the same crash. No error messages or anything. Eventually, i was able to exit the town and run back to the spawn area, where everything ran smoothly. Anyone know what might be causing this? I'm not running this on a toaster, so i don't think it's an issue of my processor not being able to handle it.

Try to redownload the game through the torrent file and try running from that install. My GF had the same issue, and a fresh install from the torrent file fixed her issue. Here's hoping it works for you!
