Do you want to know which class has the least amount of realistically useful skills? Or do you want to know which class does the best if you arent using many skills?

Knight and chosen get a lot of their value just being there and guarding.

Some MDPS can usually get away with not many main attacks but will use more skills for survival, CC, movement and stuff like that.

Healers might be passable without using a lot of different skills

But no matter what class it is you the decent will be separated from the subpar by using lesser used skills at the right time.

The only classes that really use a lot are classes that have to keep up buffs or debuffs. BG/IB & eng/magus. Maybe throw in pet classes, BW/Sorc or mdok/mWP.

Choppa 25 ability, 26 with hurting time, 29 with pots, 30 with mount xD
Melee squig around 11 without mount and pots xD

I regularly use 20 abilities on Chosen - 21 if you count flee and 22 if you count guard (which I tend to only use in scenarios). On top of that I use 5 different auras depending upon the situation and 6 different potions.

Truth is, each class is as complex as you want to make it...
