Connection button always grey!

I performed the installation correctly, verified and downloaded every file through the launcher, but when I open it, the "Connect" button is grey and I can't click it! Any help is appreciated.

Are you running the game on Windows XP? If so, there was a server migration a few months back and the new server will not accept connections from XP machines...

No, I'm running Windows 10.
