I bet Norkalli started rattling the bars on his cage and generally raising a ruckus, which made Torqemadra nervous. Torq then fed a server hamster to Nork to calm him down, thus causing the server to crash. But don't worry, I'm sure Wargrimnir will be along to straighten everything out soon.
