Stucked and i can't use /Stuck

i got a sourcerer called shermhi in ekrund stuked and falling in the air and i cannot use the book and nothing to solve this.

The correct spelling is /stuck - you need to type it twice with [Enter] inbetween.

ok i solved, you must writte /stuck command and again /stuck command before 5 seconds
