[Shaman] Renown points optimization

Whats the best way to spend renown points for an balance dps or healing shaman?

it seems after the 2nd tier of stats each renown point will offer less stats.

this is what I came up with below.

I havn't been up-to-date with all the changes to renown, so if glass cannon dps is the way to go let me know.

You want all tiers of intel
