Is the email confirmation broken? A friend want to join the community but on both emails he didnt get the email for the acc. activatin.. he retry it a few times and waiting for 2 hours now.

No email, heard about some blacklisted things about 1&1/web mailspace ? doenst work ?! :/ cna you give him rights manualy without email confirmation , maybe?

I can recommend to create a google e-mail ([email protected]) and try to register an account with that e-mail.
He’d better try to activate his account himself at least once so he won’t have any trouble in future.
