What would it take: organized warband

Wbs dont need comms or famcy builds slap some friends together in groups follow directions in chat and 9\10 u wont wipe even against wbs like CNTK ive led a pug and wiped them before, i mean i refuse to use comms unless you just want to chat with me because not everyones gonna be willing to put in that effort to join and listen, then u got wbs like ocara screaming and cussing at everyone but not getting shat done in the process! My wbs fill almost instantly when i feel like running them and if im not making you laugh with my shenagens then im doing a piss poor job, i think we have a blast with wb play just need more leads to run the show other than that i find organized wbs a waste we flip zones just fine with alil in game communication imo
