Dedication Buff Suggestion

Hi there,
I would like to make a suggestion about orvr because of particular timezones (mine) Order has like 3 warbands to destro's 1 and when some players join us and wipe a few times at keeps, i suspect they raging from game or jumping on order toons making it worse.

Alot of destro lately are joining small groups rather than Wb's because i think we lack leaders, which is also annoying but i am glad they still playing for destro at least.Even if Destro has more roam groups id rather they stay on the one side and i believe another incentive is required to assist with this.

My suggestion is an extra buff which i call the dedication buff which increases xp/rewards for every hour or so of play on a faction that has aao in the zone.This i believe may help to keep players on the underdog faction during these times because of increased rewards for both leveling and renown gain.

Something like 5% everyone half hour or hour of play increasing to say max 20% or something like that is my suggestion.
