Will current Devs do anything regarding the state of """Balance Discussions""" where almost every thread, even if they pass the initial approval and go through 2-3 weeks of discussion, and up with "pending review" for few months before being silently dumped into "declined" trash can. The area is getting pretty much dusty since players have figured nothing is happening to vast majority of "pending review" thread pile, and even many proposals where big portion of players have positively approved of changing old faulty or useless ability/tactic, just gets silently dumped into "declined" pile. A lot of this happened under previous Torquemadra era, would be interesting to have him answer regarding the purpose/future of the Balance Suggestion forums - but I guess any answer from current devs could also be nice to have.

1 - At all times we see that over time things, codes, systems have been implemented, such as roll.
Q: Could you please tell us with more clarity how these systems work, such as the percentage of chance for each item to come in a purple purse or any other item for exemple?
2 - One of the major issues facing today is lag / ping for players, primarily NA. We know this is not something that fits easily, but many of us have tried to resolve with VPN programs, but somehow in RoR these programs can not make a secure connection for the RoR server to accept the communication. So many of us have no choice but to continue playing Ping on high.
Q: Is there any project for improvement or chance of RoR deploying a server closer to NA or a port specific to VPN, or even a VPN program itself between RoR client and server?
3 - WarHammer Online is a very old game, a little outdated aesthetically. We saw this year some modifications made by players, where new and current textures were inserted in their particular game.
Q: Now with the client Launcher running is there any texture renewal project in RoR?
4 - We heard rumors that the Forts could return.
Q - What are the ideas behind this possible return?
5 - There is a system in GW2 where every year loyal players are presented with rewards according to the age of their ACC.
In RoR we would like to be able to help the server financially, however as this is not possible ...

How do u see the 3 healers archetypes? How would you balance them? One being frontline melee healer, seond being range lifetap healer and debuffer and third one being pure healer buffer? What about changing rp/zealots marks/runes to grand some support alike skill effects on 5 min cd to help with their buffer role?

Question can we have medal/emblem conversion 1-1 and sets costing the same? seems highly unfair dps healer has to go thru hours of que to get a sc be scorned by his own team facerolled by other faction team,for months to gear up,im talking AM/shammy disciple of khaine/warrior priest..the sc balance certainly not working..got bout 30 screenshoots of 3 destro vs 6 order 0 healer destro side 4 order...should be a limit for healers in below t4 and pug sc order 1 destro 1 number 2 in que can enter would be nice..that am bandwagon is getting tiresome.

5 min cd on zl/rp granted skills if they are really worth it seems ok.
