"Stay away"
Do you own the server?
No, I don't. But I know how to act maturely, and that your kind of behaivor isn't tolerated on this server.
I apologised for it. Regardless, my group and I will continue to fight against your imbalanced odds though (and prevail)
You sure did. I can go call you all kind of things for 2 hours straight, and then just apologize afterwards. We'll see how well you'll take the apology.
By 'zergd' I meant that there were maybe 4 of us initially yet you guys didn't seem to mind hammering us.
Then you didn't say what you meant. Because that's not what a zerg is. Get your definitions right, please.

We didn't mind hammering you? There was an RvR event going on. Is it our fault it took Destro 30 minutes to show up? No. We were just defending the zone. We were playing the game as it was meant to be played. Then about 40 Destro massed in, and you all started being all arrogant and trashtalking, outnumbering us. Congratulations. THAT was a zerg.
I can see that, despite being an emulated server wip, there is already an air of elitism. Perhaps some organised 6v6 is in order.
The only elitism I saw yesterday, came from Sanguish "We are Karak-Norn's best" as he put it.

I have nothing against a bit of pride, but arrogance is too much. Crying when you're losing (lol u only win because zerg), and then taunting, mocking and insulting when you're winning (u scrub lol u are hiding in ur wc)... IT's PATHETIC! It shouldn't be happening on this server. Why do you even play the game? Aren't you happy to play WAR again? Do you honestly want to trashtalk the other faction away from the game? Or do you want a fun and fair fight, to be properly challenged?

This kind of childish behavior it's really just... sad. There's no better way to describe it. Grow up, take some responsibility, and show some **** respect for the other players. This of course goes for both sides. Both sides are doing it, and it needs to stop. This isn't a kindergarden.

Edit: It's annoys me I have to rant like this after this event. It was a good initiative, and I loved the idea. I really was looking forward to it. I'll try and stay positiv for the next one. Hopefully, it will be better.

Wow, such factitious ranting and straw-man arguments. I literally exchanged, perhaps, 3 messages with you guys at the start. Then it got good, and balanced, and that was that. I never said 'KN's best', but it's widely known that my brother was one of the best players (Sanguish/Korse).

Various members of your beloved guild started messaging me/my brother with equally-rude insults as well, so don't play the oppressed victim, mate.

I don't need to be lectured on how to play WAR/correct conduct by you. Thanks anyway, though.

By the way zerg is defined as a 'swarming attack, and/or winning a battle by throwing bodies and outnumbering the opponent'. Bearing that definition in mind, you stand corrected.

If you can't handle a bit of banter/trash talk, then this is the wrong game for you. It sounds like it really got to you, and perhaps playing a game aggressive by its nature will only exacerbate your condition. Just being considerate.

Rematch next week guys.

Btw, which guilds were out in force from Destro? Saw Pyacht Chaos but tend to be looking more at health bars than tags.

Good turn out and some fun RvR :)

About the taunting and trash talk, it happens and it always will until chat is changed to be only visible by your own realm, tho if/when this happens i hope pm's are still able to be cross realm so ppl can say hello and chat to friends. I will be the first to admit i trash talk but not in a nasty/rage filled way some ppl do, i do it in gud sprit tho i can understand some ppl can get angry when certain individuals and groups act up, just take it with a pinch of salt.

You probably did, but you are weren't the only one. I was talking about all the Destros, not just you and your group. That's facinating and all, but there's no reason to brag about it. Again with the arrogance.

As I said, if you had read what I actually wrote, both sides does it. And it needs to stop. But it still doesn't change the fact that you started it. Returning the fire isn't much better, I'm just saying.

I wasn't telling you how to play WAR. Again, you read what you want to, and not what I'm actually saying. What you do apparently need, is to be lectured in how to act decently amoung other people. You might have to take a look at your social skills.

http://da.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=zerging
"Using massive amounts of weak, or generic units, to attack an enemy."

or:

http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=zerg
"Nowadays term zerg is used in mmo games to describe force consisted of large group of lower level players (often with only basic equipment) who use numbers rather then strategy to defeat the enemy, therefore requiring no skill. This tactics is commonly known as zerging"

Since we did use vent, coordination, strategy, were NOT a pug, and acutally a orginized group, we were NOT zerging. So I repeat: You need to get your definitons right. We were 10-15 guildies. If you call that a zerg, then I don't even know where to start...

No, it isn't, my friend. Xrealm chatting wasn't even in the retail game. I know it's a lot to ask, but not being a **** while on the internet, can actually be achieved.
Calling it something harmless like "banter" is quite cute. But it's not doing any good for anyone, except for the sorry excuses of people, who needs to boosts their weak egos by talking **** to other people, which they know nothing about. The whole behaivor is counterproductive to what this server is trying to accomplish.

Both presumptuous and shallow. You are fooling no one.

Similarly I can find threads backing my definition of zerg as well, i.e. greater numbers > smaller numbers purely on the merit of having said great number. Merely a matter of semantics, and people know what 'zerg' refers to ingame.

It's not arrogance, just ask who the top sorcerers were on KN and his name will crop up.

Anyway I'm done with this. Until next week!

I must say that it was good to play against organised opponents, and look forward to doing so regularly.

Trashtalk and cordialities are part of a war ,are like weapons can't go without them ,wile I ignore the first by default I answer in same way to the second , anyway ,I barely have time to read in chat, a reason why I curse my mates :P when I find my self standing alone in front of the furious Zerg ( idk who this guy is but I know is a mean bastard) ,the event was awesome like any event Thank you verry much for it !

I'd still hold on that a zerg lacks coordination. It's mindless.

I'm not questioning that. But to boast about it is arrogant.

I'm not Sanguish from Karak-Norn (I just use the name ingame as Magus); but he is my brother, and he uses the name Gothmorg here (sorc). And I cherish the attention haha!
