** Account was banned, still not accessible! **

About 1 month ago i recived a ban on this acc ( Vampire ) For some trolling, fair enough. I logged into one of my friends account, and played on it, not knowing that rules said that i couldnt. So that account recived a short peoriod ban.

Now here is my problem, well my guild mates problem. I have talked to elven about 7-10 days ago it, and have been mentioned it up to 3 times, that he cannot acces hes account on forum, nor can he do it to ingame. It keeps saying Password is incorrect, and now he have to type this special code with hes password to be sure it is not some kind of Robot (If that is what you call it )

Is there anyway you guys should send him a e-mail with password reset, or atleast just fix it? I would be very happy about that, so would he.
