Get WAR.exe error

Whenever I try to use Je Fawk's Mini RoR launcher, I get an error that says "This application has failed to start because d3dx9_34.dll was not found." Is there any other way to get past this instead of re-downloading the game client?

Download this .dll file, and put it inside the game folder. It should work.
