Re: user agreement
I have heard of this once before (a long time ago)
It has something to do with the client not responding to mouse inputs (can be something with windows, or custom mouse firmware or something)

Re: user agreement
Necroing this thread to say I have the exact same problem and cannot find a solution anywhere else. Searching the forums only returns this thread and even google redirects to here.

Re: user agreement
Hmm there is one thing you might want to try even though its a bit annoying:
navigate to Warhammer Online > user folder > open UserSettings.xml in notepad.
Now edit the lines 4 and 5 beneath <Graphics> to match your native Screen resolution.
Also make sure you set window_frame to false and fullscreen to true.
Example for a screen resolution of 1920x1080 (Full HD):
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="yes" ?>
<UserSettings>
<Graphics>
<Mode window_frame="false" fullscreen="true" />
<FullScreen width="1920" height="1080" bitdepth="32" />
I hope this helps.

Re: user agreement
Try to close the game, close the launcher and run the launcher and the game several times. It might help.
