Cannot accept eula

Just updated to the new loader/client. The game loads and brings up my character. The Eula is displayed on top of everything, however, I cannot scoll through the Eula text, cannot hit the accept checkbox, and I can't even hit the decline box. It is like it is frozen except I can see my character moving around in the background.

Is there a settings file I can modify to skip the Eula acceptance?

Try exiting the game, closing the launcher and running it again 2 or 3 times letting it download everything.

Ok, so I was using my computer across the network using splashtop. I had to plug a mouse into the computer for it to accept inputs from my remote mouse while in RoR. Works fine in Windows but did not work in game until I added the extra mouse.

I wonder sometimes how people think they're not doing something weird, when they're clearly doing something _really_ weird.
