New launcher conflicting with Antivirus

Hello,
After the client controll have been added my anivirus see RoR Launceher infected with HEUR/APC.
Now it have placed them in quarantine and made ror folder read only. I can not change it back for some reason. Is it intended that RoR Launcher have HEUR/APC in it? And what should I do to make it work again.

Some antivirus can give a false positive.
