My character disconnects in seconds

I made a character, Chaos chosen, at first it was fine, then as soon as I got to the part where you fight empire spear men, the game just kicked me out, i thought maybe a glitch or something, but it happens every time. I even made an Empire character to check, didn't even get through the monologue at the start and it kicked me out.

on loading screen try this :
type /stuck (then press ENTER)
do it twice.
Should reload the zone.
