Same thing here.Nakkio wrote: Tue Jun 26, 2018 1:16 am I really don't know what to do..
I'm re-downloading the client from torrent again and I will try again in a few hours.
Done everything possible but still can't get past the empty box in the main menu. I have everything with "Read only" unchecked, 32bit or 64bit is the same also starting it as admin doesn't change it.
I tried restarting my connection to change IP like 5 times or so but the ingame login doesn't budge

Re: New Launcher Issues
Same problem again, the greyed out button does nothing. Perhaps we should go back to the launcher that works until this new one is fixed.

Re: New Launcher Issues
I would have to agree we should go back to the old launcher I know we are alpha testers but when there's so many problems with this new launcher maybe it needs to be developed more before we release it

I could be wrong but I think that ship has sailed.

Re: New Launcher Issues
So ran the launcher a couple times:
I get this error when I turn it over to 64 bit
Error starting: System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception (0x80004005): The system cannot find the file specified

at System.Diagnostics.Process.Start()
at RoRLauncher.Client.oFPSCr8n4qguR5chlvL(Object )
at RoRLauncher.Client.Handle(PacketIn packet)
I get this error when I reset it back to 32 bit and it just loads a black screen with control of the cursor.

Re: New Launcher Issues
Update:
32 bit is the only progress that was made. Left it in 32 and took advice from thread and kept loading. On 4th try game loaded and all chars look fine on the login.

Re: New Launcher Issues
But still when they are so many problems atm then it would maybe be a vice choice to go back to the old one until all the fails with the new one is fix :/Martok wrote: Tue Jun 26, 2018 3:19 amDragonkillerx wrote: Tue Jun 26, 2018 3:12 amI would have to agree we should go back to the old launcher I know we are alpha testers but when there's so many problems with this new launcher maybe it needs to be developed more before we release it.

Re: New Launcher Issues
after two days got to where I could get to an empty character screen, but game would not connect to server. I have tried everything I can think of, so in place of ritual suicide, I have purged all evidence of the game from my hard drive and in process of using torrent to download a new copy. I will begin again tomorrow after work.

Re: New Launcher Issues
For the first error (64Bit). Can you check your Warhammer Online folder if there is a file called "WAR-64.exe" please. If not, this file is in the downloaded client zip file.snowfox1 wrote: Tue Jun 26, 2018 3:32 am So ran the launcher a couple times:

yephiel wrote: Tue Jun 26, 2018 12:15 am Not sure why, but after logging into the game, then exiting, letting the launcher update, then logging in and playing for a few, the launcher is no longer in the game folder. After a search of my computer, its not anywhere on my system. If I try to run the RoRUpdater.exe, It cannot find the launcher either.
Whitelist WAR catalog or disable AV soft and check again.
