Action is stopping/starting

When the zone is busy action for stops and starts every second or two. I'm running a pretty decent rig with a fibre connection so wondered if there's anything else I can try?

Where are you located? Apart from that you might want to go to one of the other open zones to reduce your lag and everyone elses :).
