Need help addon

hi tell me how to turn off the second icon below that shows the class, and block the player name. Dont know which addon and where in the addon is the option to turn off. pls help.

I think the top icon is enemy addon, the bottom not sure which addon is. I suggest you get a screenshot about all your addons list then I maybe can figure out.

I think it's groupiconsSG, disable the addon.
Destro: Chompy, ShroomStew, TrollBlood, DoomBeast, DoomDoctor, DoomDisk, Doomshadow, FunkFoot, Bloodwell
Order: Stormwall, Mistfall, CatNap, BoomRune, Bangman

np, was auto enabled when I installed my client and was an ugly pain in the ass (especially once you get enemy working), glad it worked!
