During Game it stops, after that it shows "Your account is not activ"

Hi there,

a several Minutes Ago, I got an Issue with my Game. During Game it stops suddenly, I was kicked to the Desktop and a Message shows up, that I have to check my Mails. But I found no Mail in my Box. When I try to start the Game, the Launcher shows that my Account is not active. What have I done or what can I do for my reputation, I do nothing uncommon and I don't use any add-ons or something else.
What should I do, to get back into the Game, please?

you can get in now again, that was the server being restarted. There were a few announcements ingame before it happened.
