Random CTD

Today I got 5 times CTD in a row with 5 mins between them. I checked RoR logs folder and found many lines like that:
Spoiler:
TCPNETSet::OSProcess EnumNetworkEvents call failed! Error code = 10038. Treating socket as closed.
What can I do to fix that? I got also log file with tomorrow date:) 6.06.2018, isnt it wierd?
