Buttons and character buttons problem

From time when there was new launcher i dont have buttons I think everyone know what buttons I dont have. Soo I reinstaled launcher and it wasnt help. When I am some time on menu i got crit error

Ok Problem is when I launch game It have to be once of my char at left Play button and characters and on those black window I have to be server entering log but now I have only quit cinematic servers and one more soo what I have to do?

I dont have play and characters button and when i stay some time in menu i have critical error

i´d say, he might be using some mods that dont load correctly and his actionbars disappear ...
