I have just bought Bloody Cowl for my zealot Sina in AH. I checked auction mail, took attached item, but sadly it's not appearing in my backpack. I relogged, but still not there. Could you please have a look at it when time. Thx

There's a simple reason for it: we cannot verify the legitimacy of such requests.

Seems to happen also without any mailbox involved. I just bought the IB decayed shield from phantomdrake. I had it in my inventory after that and after a relog, it was gone from the inventory.
Maybe i just should have sent it to another char without relogging to avoid the bug.

Edit: item is back maybe automatically through server restart, seems like this issue was only temporary.
