Yeah, maybe try to change windows system keyboard language to English (US)

My layout is 100% English (US) - so this doesn't work unfortunately. I also tried /lang 1 just now and while it set the language appropriately, the .commands still don't work.

The only thing linked to account on client side is the profile. Try renaming (better to rename than delete) the profile and it will remake it.

One of my troubleshooting steps was to delete the entire game folder and re-download, which I think would have accomplished the same as above. Still no luck! I've created a new account and I'm going with that for now. But, I will still occasionally trouble shoot this as it bothers me lol. Thanks to all.

Thanks for all of the advice so far. Last night I created a new account and have been able to use commands successfully on that new account - which means that the issue is related to the actual account itself and not the game client. I will try some more trouble shooting with the bugged account today to see if we can isolate a reason for this error to be occurring.

More likely it's the settings on your local - maybe try to copy all user settings from working account to the not working one? As in whole folder.
