Account Banned Appeal

If this is not in the correct sub thread please redirect to the appropriate section. I am writing this in hopes of getting my account unbanned. I spoke to a GM tonight and was told to write an appeal on the forums if I really wanted my account back. He said that my account was banned due to names of my characters being against ToS, which I understand. My quarrel is with how it was handled. If I come to you as a player on your server and try to address the situation about my account that has just been banned, I do not expect my other account to be banned and then a server wide message saying, just start over to follow. To top that, the GM just logged off instead of finishing the conversation that was started.

That being said, I would like to appeal my account. The character I was on was Behindjew. I was replying to an /advice chat question about how to get rid of the RVR box at the top center of the screen. After explaining in detail how to get rid of it, in /advice, I was met with "I am going to report your name" along with several other people saying "reported". I simply stated that I would be glad to talk to a GM about my names and if they were against ToS, I would hope they would speak to me about it and give me a name change. I was not expecting a perma ban on BOTH accounts for trying to resolve the situation. While my characters didn't top lvl 24 (been on and off for many years) I have been on this server since before you finished T4 content. I would hope that you wouldn't treat your player base without an regards to their playstyle since the player count for the server isn't exactly booming. I am in agreeing that my names should be changed (despite the fact they shouldn't be allowed to be made in the first place) and I would like my account restored to me. If this is not going to happen then I do not think I can play on this server anymore, which is a shame because this game should have never died. So please, if you have any questions (GM's) or would like to discuss this situation in a more mature manner, other than just logging off, then please contact me at the email of my account or here as a reply.
