Hello I´ve a question to the latest patch notes.

I play a BG and why change the Path of Loathing? I can ´t understand why costs 11 skillpoint the tactic "Anger Drives Me" now?
Do you have a reason for this? If so please give it to me!

Find it annoyuing that you did that. I´ve honestly to say that...
