Method to group queue

What's the method to group queue?

I create a party add a second party member and Join as a party can't be selected. Do I need more friends? I only have one.
I love this game and the server community. Thank you to the RoR staff.

It's a visual bug ~ use /reloadui.

Tho, it sometimes happens that SCs bug out, so that the server needs to be restarted.

E: Fixed for clarity's sake.
