Use guard well and you get blocks every second

Guard does not increase block chance.

It increases the rate at which you get hit, meaning you have more chances to proc a block.

So yes, in a way it does.

You could go make a balance proposal for it if you feel strongly. But generally, give it at least a few days of testing before you jump the gun.

My only problem with SM's new Redirect Force is the fact that the enchantment procs off of blocks. Unlike their mirror Black Orc, SM has no way to significantly increase block, outside of Perfect Defenses and that's only 10%. Would have been better to have it proc off of parry/disrupt/dodge instead, as SM can actually get high numbers of those.

Which would be too much proccing given the ability is 5pt and is not a channel, whereas the BO equivalent is. And the ability is in the defensive (snb) tree.
