My apologies for being an utter techpleb, but I guess the above only tackles plain tidyness of the installation and such, i.e.: nothing is of relevance for performance?

Is there something to balance in RvR?
I mean Hargrim is balancing RvR mechanics every patch.
Since we almost don’t have real organized 24v24 fights there is not much to balance. Moral bombing is not the best thing to balance as well.

Mostly about skill balancing on mostly small scale (scenarios) vs Realm balancing. I would hate to see a shift of balancing scales back to how they perform in scenarios (either OP or UP) yet ignore the main draw of ORvR. The balance between the two are often significant. I think it is a vaild concern, I believe both of the new Balance mods prefer (at least forum posts trend that way) scenarios over open world combat. I welcome the return of the balance team, just would like to know more about their direction.

Hopefully we will see some balance discussions rather than blind changes. Such as the WP changes on this patch, and the WL toughness/wounds change. Both rather significant changes.

I'm not against classes/specs peforming better in one sphere than another, adds variety.

- Being killed in close proximity to ironclad or lighthouse BOs in BV will now make you spawn in your warcamp.

Hargrim
- Further reduced the amount of resources required to rank keep to Rank 3, 4 and 5
- Increased the grace period before your realm start to lose progress because it lost a BO

In Pursuit - *New Ability* - This ability is placed at 15 points in the Wrath tree. This ability takes off snares, roots, disarms and silencing effects. Additionally it makes you immune from snares and increases your movement speed by 50 for 5 seconds. Cooldown is 5 Minutes.

Divine Fury - Tactic - This tactic now additionally reduces the cooldown of In Pursuit by 270 seconds giving In Pursuit an effective cooldown of 30s.

Avatar of Sigmar - Morale 4 - moved to core, requires lvl 40 to use, when used all morales will have a cooldown of 5 minutes, if you use any other morale then shared cooldown will be 60s as normal.

Scent of Blood

- Small adjustment to the crit formula (100% chance to be crit does not happen at 35 init anymore but at 0).
- Server now clears your target when its out of range (previously it looked like you had no target but server would retain a target).
- Returning mail should now also return any items contained in said mail.
- Fixed the mailbox in the vipers pit.
- Backend optimization.
- Emotes (with the exception of rez) can no longer be used while dead.
- Pets are no longer affected by friendly auras.

Another week withouth changes in Squig herder lack of burst (poison arrer underperforming, removal of moral 2, lack of extra damage in crits táctic,long etc)
Higher chance of beign killed by a new class with 50% speed charge, when people cry about run away which It is 30%.
A new indirect nerf to the Squig Herder pet not receiving the aura benefits (i can understand It in hard White lions...but in Squig herder weak pets, really?)

Nothing new!!

Right now the only boosts Squig Herder gets, is from the advantage he can get from other classes nerfs...

None of the new balance moderators play Squig Herder, aren't they?

6vs6 with two good teams tend to have low kill ratio. If both teams tanks play really well its hard for any kill. Yet my proof stands, fully single target dps wp beat all other dps classes in that fight, who are not sunday players either.
Now imagine destruction it can bring with cc immunity speed buff (that doesnt vanish on doing dmg), going with pouncing lion straight to backline while everyone else is stuck in snares and you might see the real problem long before op WP hammer will dominate fights.

Trust me, mate - it's fluff damage. Actual ST pressure damage on the WP is incredibly lacking: it has 2/3 GCDs of potential burst, and then it turns into a very medicore sustained DPS class that is outdone threefold in sustained by a Slayer, threefold in burst by a WL.

The charge was given a few hours ago. If deemed necessary, it will be fine-tuned and tweaked - let's not jump the gun.

In regards to comments concerned about a paradigm shift from RvR to SC: you have nothing to worry about. While it is true that I prefer SC, bias will be put aside in pursuit of ensuring balance in all key areas of the game.

I am merely a facilitator to the discussion of potential changes - the world isn't going to end.
