I think hes referring to the fact that its recall speed is much faster than its normal speed. I think this is standard for most pets.
Do you have some footage to showcase this particular fact? Last time I played my WL I haven't noticed any discrepancy between attack and retreat movement speed of the pet, at least in the last few months that is.
I haven't recorded anything in over a year XD
Khorlar, Thorvold, Sjohgar, Anareth, Toldavf, Hartwin, Gotrin and others -_-

sometimes, which sucks but it is all dituational. I do have a Chosen so more tools than a squishy

mara kills you slowly, WL kills you in few second.
KD and 3sec burst.
WH/WE do that too.

It's all about pet.
WL seems having both dmg and tanky
ONLY when they have the pet.
what are they without pet?
it's like zero resource WP/IB/DoK/BG.

I don't know why destro don't kill pet first.
often i'm the only one killing pet as pug.
charging pet is quite obvious sign.
pounce and burst inc.
yet destro ignores it.
no reaction time is 1on1 issue i think.

Last I checked there are multiple other ways to boost the cat speed without wasting a tactic slot on that tactic.

Multiple? Unless you're not counting Stalker as a waste because you'd use it for other benefits regardless then yea, but still only two and not a multitude (not that you need more than Charge in most cases in a guardian spec).

Speed Training, Stalker, Leonine Frenzy, Charge, more than enough ways to keep the pet moving fast in combat which is what the person I replied to was attempting to make sound uncommon I believe.

For OP's question, I was hoping this patch would get em balanced and the best one are definitely easier to take down on the classes I could already kill them with, but unfortunately the good ones are still able to burst down my full dominator 0% chance to be crit dps shammy during the 3second knockdown even without FO so looks like I'll be sticking with Chosen till something changes.

You could always bring your DPS Shaman to a group, with good heals and tanks to help support you - y'know, considering this isn't a 1v1 game and all. Or you could do what you did. 8-)
