Character name unavailable, but it is available

I deleted a character a few days ago so I could use the name on that character, on a freshly made character. But I still can't use that name. Do I need to wait longer? Or can I not use it ever? I deleted two other lowbie characters to test this out and all names are still taken.

You need wait for server restart

I guess with patch so today or tomorrow, or if something unusual happen so they force restart

Normaly there is a restart on a weekend
