The devs can raise it if necessary (popcap at the start was ~ 50 as far as i remember).

i noticed it, but i was asking if we're able to check how many characters exixt in an faction or in the other.
if i remeber well it was a function of WH to let you choose in which faction join.
but it's not so important anyway.

Well that's still not too bad, and going to be fun war in RvR I bet with not a lot of people.

you may have to relog after every scenario (this issue has been on/off)
quest locators may be wrong on map and various quest are not 100% working (but most are)
no ToK unlocks (yet)

no warbands
some party issues, also in scenario party windows

Yeah, I will be as patient as I can be. This is way better then backing some new game and getting basically the same thing or less playability.

Finished download the client via Torrent and now what do I do? I tried running WAR.exe and it says run warpatch.exe and nothing happens, is it because it's down at the moment?

For the sake of argument, we'll get you set up. But the world server is currently offline, so you won't ACTUALLY be able to play.

You need to download the Return of reckoning launcher from our website. You can find a link to download it in my client download thread:

Once you've downloaded it, copy it into the game folder, then run that launcher each time you want to play. Make a shortcut of it to desktop, for convenience. You enter your forum credentials to log on to the game server.
