Cant remember login details

Sorry if this seems an odd request

I dont seem to be able to remember my login details. I know the email address i registered with, but i dont know my username to be able to reset my password. Ive had to create a new account with a different email address just to post this message. Is there any way of recovering my other account? happy to speak to anyone around this as i really dont want to lose my progress on my other account.

Have you tried resetting your password?

This happened to me in the past and simply once i reset my email i got it working.
If not you may need to get in touch with the web admin to help resolve the password resetting steps.
