conqueror helm disappear

Good day.
my character it's Ordek, slayer dwarf.

i've won in a rvr siege a piece of conqueror set (helm).

when i reach the 44 realm rank (today) i've 'gone at altdorf bank to recover and use the helm, but when i move it from bank tab to my backpack tab it disappears...

it's possible plz have it back? can you trace what happened here?

ok, solved. log out and relog and the helm appear in my backpack again.
