Theories are running wild. Order loves to hate tell each other chat about it with no one knowing for sure.

It's 42 Freedomwatts, or if you prefer the snaller scale 127 ammendments

It consumes the same amount of resources you would gain for 1 BO tick. BO tick once per 6 sec. When using teleport you don't lose progress for your keep but you don't get any either.
