Lost characters

Hello.

I just logged in after a year or so only to find no characters on my account. Has there been a global wipe or what might be the issue here?

If a GM could get in contact with me, I would be very happy!

Are you SURE you logged into the right account? We've been seeing that a lot lately.

Well I only have 2 accounts and I've checked both of them. The character im referring to is Enyx, lvl 40 (31 reknown) Marauder. Can you contact me via private massage for varification?
