I'm curious, does order have people like our very own King Ocara who oragnise pug warbands with proper 2/2/2 and discord?

I'm not a fan of Kriser tbh, he to me seems rather new to the game and only in the last week or so led his pug warbands to utter slaughter, including unwillingness to cooperate and avoiding conflict by going to the empty zones instead of fighting where it matters.

Yes, as others have mentioned there are/were a number of Order pug warband leaders who have tried to organize with 2/2/2 (no discord afaik) but none of them are on as consistently as Ocara or as effective as he is, and most of them burn-out quite quickly. Not to be unkind, but most I've seen are lacking tactically--they make bad decisions, get relatively few kills and wipe a lot. And I mean A LOT.

Part of that I suspect is the tools they're working with. The player quality, gear and composition are generally very weak and they're often fighting outnumbered as well. As is often the case on Order it's a struggle to find tanks, and if they can manage 2/2/2, the tanks are usually low level and in bad gear.

Ocara gets results, so he has a reputation that makes better/more experienced destro pug players want to join him. Whatever the reasons, Order pug leaders are less likely to get results, so the better pug players are less likely to join and instead form their own gank groups, roam solo, do SCs, x-realm, play other games etc. which means the pug leaders are perpetually stuck with the dregs.

I play both sides, my main is order, and from my experience being underdog only gonna work if you have a team/guild/friends to support you. In WAR rvr individuals matters less than nothing. You need people to support you to complement each other,or do it like me - force youself to play some rvr, till you finally get gear you want, and stay away from it forever.

I play solo scs mostly, and so far its "ok" experince. Yes there is some problems with balance of tanks/healers/dps, in the last weak order healers in my time zone starts missing somewhere again . But if you play PUG you will face this kind of problems on both sides.

Generally speaking order side just have a less playerbase, exept probably some NA prime times. That ofc will lead to one side dominating another.

P.S. It would be easier for players to adjust if gearing/leveling would be easier so you can easily play different classes/sides. I find enjoiment in actual gameplay not in grind/rng rolls.
Maybe its just me, cant force my opinion on others, but main thing stopping me from playing some characters past lvl 30 is that i dont want to go through same experience of grinding gear, like on my main, again. But some people defend grinding even want it to become worse, so looks like im "underdog" even in this topic xD.

The only way to play this game is with friends. If you go solo all the time you will end up quitting. Also any class can roflstomp in this game with a proper spec, set up, and in the right hands; that's what makes it fun.

Don't expect to rule the server playing a solo Stormcalling specced Thane.

AS long as people are not joining discord even in pug warbands i think they have no right to complain about anything.You get what you give,if everyone plays with this motto their rvr actions will be most satisfying.

He is not doing well at all.

Erihon however really makes difference in daytime EU.

Kriser is a good lead. sure a pug will die, but his wbs usually get their kills in when he can put together decent groups.

Kriser is good, but I have a feeling he might be used to either destro or live. he tends to move fast and make quick tactical decisions--more suited to comms--that your ordinary joe-pickup has trouble following on the fly. especially when, i suspect, a lot of order players dont use basic mods for marking and assisting.

also he seems to have less patience than he used to, which is inevitable on order. used to go to the trouble of explaining and shepherding through pushes and maneuvers. now he just does stuff and kicks people who dont follow. when he gets an experienced core he often pulls off some daring ****.

this about sums up the frustration many organized folks are feeling on order.
