The Alliance with CNTK, Bitterstone Thunderers and Diogenes run Warbands on Tuesday and Wednesday starting between 7pm - 8pm Altdorftime till 10pm or 11pm.
To coordinate our warbands a text channel is hardly usefull. Especially if someone is on a /1 whine-rage about order not doing what he thinks is right.
For that we have a Teamspeak room where every Warband sends an Radio operator to coordinate with the others. Usually the Radio Operator is not the Warband Leader, so the Warband Leader can concentrate on leading his people and check the surroundings.
The Radio operator then transfers the information to his own warband. This has proven to be more efficient then one big Discord where no one is knowing who is talking.
We have done this for several month with 2 warbands, the last three weeks with 3 Warbands and today with 4 Warbands with the Guild "Zerg" joining in.
So if you run a Group or Warband, be it a Guild Group or Pug Warband on Tuesday or Wednesday please give me a call and I get you in the TS server and our discord channel where we talk about the Coordination channel, who will be online and such stuff.
In the coordination Channel no one is telling you what to do, or go where. But sometimes from the 3 Guilds one Warband Leader takes over Command of the 3 Guild Warbands when we need to push on a central point like a Keep or Ogrunds Tavern in High Pass. But apart from that it is quite cool. Warbands can call for support or BO splitting can be sorted quite fast.
