anyone know what are the name of the addons I was using back in 2013?

I am interested in that white font when I'm targeting someone as well as the top lvl and rr rank display.

The stuff at the top is called Warboard, the level and RR come standard with the install. It can be found here.

The white font and symbols stuff could be a variety of things.

Aura in combination with WSCT and enemy markers, would be my guess.
All things considered it might be an assist addon, dunno which tho.

Judging by the backpiece of that Slayer, thats a screencap from live footage, no?
If you are out of luck that might end up being an addon thats not being supported/updated anymore, don't get your hopes up.
