Character creation is missing and crashing after few seconds.

Hello, this is my first post in the forum, I hope it's the correct section. The problems I'm experiencing are missing character creation button and crashing few seconds after launching. (Note: English is not my native language. Sorry for mistakes or unintelligible sentences.)

These two pictures are about exceptions:

These two pictures show the read-only status of WAR folder and rorlauncher.exe:
Note that the box isn't checked but filled with a black square.

Here you can see Salt okunur/Read-only isn't checked.

And these last two pictures show the launcher (both servers are green) and what I get after launching the game:

I have tried fixes given in the sticky thread, they helped me fix two of my problems, the read-only thingy and running the launcher as admin. The image I've given in the last spoiler is the current problem I'm experiencing. I've checked the ''Technical support'' forum if there is anyone experiencing the same problem, but those new threads were like '' Account not active '', '' Can't login my character'' etc. Unfortunately, I'm not experiencing the same problem, I'm yet to create a character. Here I am waiting for someone to help. I don't want to miss out this gem, thanks in advance :)

Managed to enter the game through the mobile connection, looks like the problem is with the home internet. You can mark as solved, thanks.
